Traded Goods Call Off Agent
Are you organized, collaborative, and passionate about logistics and material coordination? We’re looking for a proactive Traded Goods Call-Off Agent to join our dedicated Procurement and Sourcing team in Supply Chain in Orkla Snacks.

About the Role
As a Traded Goods Call-Off Agent, you will be responsible for managing material call-offs based on demand and lead times. Your main mission is to secure timely deliveries, maintain efficient communication with suppliers, and collaborate closely with Supply Master Planner to ensure that the products are delivered in optimal ways.
You will report to Procurement Manager Indirect and Capex.
Key Responsibilities
As a Traded Goods Call-Off Agent, you will be responsible for managing supplier orders based on demand and lead times, ensuring timely planning, system entry, and follow-up. You'll handle daily communication with suppliers regarding deliveries, delays, and quality issues, while collaborating closely with procurement and planning teams.
Your role includes maintaining accurate master data, providing material updates in the weekly S&OE process, and supporting R&D projects by coordinating material needs for test production. You’ll also work to improve processes, monitor key performance indicators, and contribute to standardization and best practice development.
Your Qualifications
The ideal candidate brings a solid understanding of operational material planning processes and possesses strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. With a sharp attention to detail and excellent communication skills, you can navigate complex supply chain environments and collaborate effectively across functions.
You have proven experience within supply chain disciplines and demonstrate deep knowledge specifically within material order management. Your expertise is supported by practical experience with ERP systems, the MS Office.
A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred, and a Master's degree would be considered a strong advantage. However, candidates with other educational backgrounds or equivalent practical experience within supply chain, planning, or related areas are also encouraged to apply.
Fluency in written and spoken English and Danish.
