This leadership position is part of a dynamic Treasury Management Product team focused on becoming the best Treasury Management provider in the State of Texas. As one of our Payments Product Managers, you will be responsible for the development, ongoing strategy and management of several core payables solutions in supporting the bank’s efforts to drive operating deposits and treasury fee revenue. Specific products may include Wire Transfer, ACH, SWIFT and other payment instruments available across multiple Digital Channels including Online, File/Batch and API/Embedded. You will partner closely with multiple cross functional teams across the bank, including peer Product Managers, Marketing, Treasury Sales, Technology & Operations and Risk.
Responsibilities
Develop the product strategy, roadmap, and partner with internal stakeholders and strategic partners to execute your vision
Prolific communicator ensuring stakeholders are aligned to your vision, execution plans meet the objectives and metrics are in place to measure success
Proactively delivery insights and market intelligence on key competitive offerings and regulatory changes
Product based calling efforts in partnership with sales, focused on key client opportunities, proforma and proposal content input.
Accountable for the end-to-end customer experience, defining metrics to measure the desired customer experience and product profitability and use data to drive change and decision making
Lead the day-to-day product activities including price setting, supporting client acquisition, and partnering with credit, risk, compliance and legal to ensure we maintain a competitive market position
Qualifications
Minimum of 10 years financial services/ treasury services experience
Bachelor’s Degree (MBA or Master’s Degree Preferred)
Superior written, verbal and presentation skills
Demonstrated leadership skills and proven track record executing product strategy and go-to-market activities
Ability to develop and establish positive working relationships across the organization
Familiarity with Payables treasury solutions including high and low value payments across multiple clearings and channels, emerging payment types and blockchain solutions
Ability to obtain, analyze and synthesize data from multiple sources
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills
Experience managing vendors and FinTech’s
Flexibility to travel 15-20%
Experience leading agile build teams in Treasury is desired
