Sun Chemical is seeking talented SAP S/4 HANA Global Process Analysts to join our growing team!.
Position Overview:
As an SAP S/4 HANA Global Process Analyst, you'll analyze, design, and optimize business processes within the SAP ERP environment, focusing on S/4HANA modules, ensuring seamless integration and efficient workflows across our global operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Process Analysis & Optimization
Analyze existing business processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose improvements within the SAP S/4HANA landscape
Document "as-is" and "to-be" process flows, ensuring alignment with business requirements
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into functional requirements
S/4HANA Expertise
Apply in-depth knowledge of core SAP S/4HANA modules including Finance (FI), Controlling (CO), Sales and Distribution (SD), Material Management (MM), Production Planning (PP), and more
Configure and maintain SAP S/4HANA systems to support business processes
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP S/4HANA modules
Project Support & Implementation
Support SAP S/4HANA implementation projects, including requirements gathering, functional design, and testing
Participate in unit and user acceptance testing (UAT)
Provide guidance and training to end-users on SAP S/4HANA processes
Communication & Collaboration
Effectively communicate with business users, technical teams, and other stakeholders
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption of SAP solutions
Maintain strong documentation and knowledge management practices
Continuous Improvement
Stay up to date with the latest SAP S/4HANA releases and best practices
Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation
Contribute to the development and maintenance of SAP S/4HANA solutions
Required Education and Experience:
Technical Skills
SAP S/4HANA Expertise: Deep understanding of SAP S/4HANA modules (e.g., FI, CO, MM, SD, PP)
Experience: 1-5 years of experience with SAP systems (S/4HANA experience preferred)
Business Process Analysis: Ability to analyze complex business processes and map them to SAP S/4HANA functions
Data Migration: Experience with data migration from legacy systems to S/4HANA
Functional Specification: Ability to write functional specifications and configuration documents
Troubleshooting: Strong problem-solving skills and experience with SAP issue resolution
Soft Skills
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
Analytical Thinking: Capable of identifying key drivers of problems and proposing effective solutions
Leadership: Ability to lead project tasks and coordinate between different workstreams
Adaptability: Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing business needs
Microsoft Office: Strong proficiency in MS Office applications
Additional Requirements
Ability to work autonomously
Flexibility to support production issues and project rollouts as needed
Willingness to travel globally when required
Education & Certifications
Bachelor's or master's degree in information technology, computer science, business administration, or a related field preferred
SAP certifications are welcomed and highly valued
Travel Requirement: 10%-15%
