PMO Cost Engineer

Join Micron's PMO Cost Engineering team in Taiwan, where we will work with an innovative group that is revolutionizing information usage.
Responsibilities:
Develop and lead project budgets to ensure detailed execution of financial plans. Coordinate materials planning and supply chain management to identify efficient solutions, and collaborate with each partner to implement cost-saving initiatives and optimize prioritization. Shown experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Material and Spare BOM management.
Analyze and report on project cost performance, finding opportunities for improvement.
Ensure compliance with corporate financial policies and industry regulations.
Continuously drive budgeting process improvement.
Able to identify and analysis spending to meet budget target with data analysis skills and continuously improve to hit stretch goal
Able to lead and create projects to work with multi-functional teams to initial cost impact assessments and status tracking (PDCA)
Qualifications & Skills:
Innovation and develop, lead projects to optimize costs in the fast-paced environment and outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate complex cost management scenarios and partnership and well interpersonal ability to work efficiently with teams with a diverse range of strengths.
Demonstrating excellent ability to challenge in a dynamic and high-demand engineering environment.
Strict attention to detail and dedication to delivering outstanding performance.
Possessing exceptional analytical skills and outstanding interpersonal proficiency
Highly self-motivated and well-adapted working behavior with strong stress tolerance
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, or a related field or related experience.
Experienced in leading project budgets and optimizing costs.
Fab engineering and cost experience is a plus.
Certification in cost management or project management is advantageous but not required.
