Capsule Operator Pay: $23.00/hr ($24.00/hr after conversion to permanent hire which is 90-120 days after hire date)

Capsule Operator Hours: 2 2 3 Rotation 5pm - 5:30am (Work 15 out of 30 days!)

General Scope: Process Operator

Prepares and blends batch formulations composed of liquid and powder ingredients to feed capsule manufacturing equipment that meet all health and safety standards.

Capsule Operator Duties and Responsibilities:

Machine Operating

Cleaning/Sanitation

Blending/mixing

Quality Assurance/Control

Mechanical aptitude; interest in taking things apart / putting together; tinkering

Good multitasking and time management skills

Moderate computer skills including data entry, excel experience preferred but not required

Moderate math skills including basic math and addition, and converting percentages to decimals (basic math assessment will be required during interview process)

Independently motivated and able to work alone or with others

Willing to operate heavy machinery, open to the possiblity of becoming fork lift certified

Many rooms require the ability to climb ladders or stairs and work at tall heights

The ability to identify a variety of colors for quality purposes

Capsule Operator Requirements:

Pass drug test and physical

Pass a basic math assessment

Pass a 50 lb lift test
