Benishyaka is a leading community development organization, actively empowering and transforming the livelihoods of vulnerable communities to access knowledge, skills and capital for sustainable development. In partnership with CARE International -Rwanda and our Umbrella Organization Pro-Femmes/Twese Hamwe (PFTH), BENISHYAKA is implementing a five-year project named Gender Equality and Resilience (GEAR) Project in Districts of Kayonza and Gatsibo in the Eastern Province of Rwanda. In this regard BENISHYAKA HEADQUARTERS Located in Kimironko (hereinafter called ‘’Client”) is seeking to expand its list of approved vendors by invites all eligible bidders to submit bids for the following tenders.

1. Tender Documents in English may be obtained from BENISHYAKA’s MEAL office upon presentation of payment proof of Ten thousand (10,000) Rwandan francs of a non-refundable fee to the account No in Bank of Kigali.

2.Tender Documents may be obtained on any working day from BENISHYAKA HQ during working hours from 9:00am -17:00hrs in the office of MEAL.

3.Enquiries regarding this tender may be addressed to BENISHYAKA HEADQUARTERS in the office of Executive secretary not later than seven (7) days before the fixed date for the submission of bids.

4.Well printed bids, properly bound and presented in 3 copies one of which is the original must reach the office of MEAL at the address mentioned above Not later than 08/05/2025 and 12/05/2025 at 10h00: am]. Depending on the tender and date of opening methioned in the table above, Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened.

5.Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders or their representatives who choose to attend on 08/05/2025 on specific tenders and others will be opened on 12/05/2025 at BENISHYAKA board room at 10h30:am
