About The Role – This position offers the opportunity to take part in Digital Transformation; where we identify, define, develop, and implement the mix of process, technology, and culture to improve the customer’s experience with personalized yet automated digital journeys.

You will be doing

Assisting Product Owners with General Feature Enhancements user stories

Assisting Product Owners in developing, planning, implementing, and evaluating various innovative projects on CRM

Supporting Product Owners and Leaders with analyses, data insights and reports

Analysing commercial data and opportunity pipeline to build solid business cases

Orchestrating status meetings and summarizing progress updates

Assisting with administrative tasks when needed for offsites or other department tasks

Taking part in everyone having FUN at work

We are looking for

We welcome applications from students on either bachelor’s or master’s degrees.

Can do attitude and a desire to learn alongside a willingness to take ownership

Ability to handle ambiguous situations with excellent communication skills

Skills in data analytics, preferably with competences in Excel, PowerBI or similar.

Interest in learning about new technologies including Salesforce.com

Flexible on working hours (15-20 hours/weekly) at our office at Esplanaden, Copenhagen.
