About the Role:

The Production Operator for the 2nd Shift plays a crucial role in the manufacturing process, ensuring that production goals are met efficiently and safely. The operator will be responsible for troubleshooting equipment issues and performing routine maintenance to minimize downtime. Minimum Qualifications:

Ability to work on a flexible schedule, including 2nd shift hours.

Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles.

Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.

Responsibilities:
