A fast-paced, innovative company in northwest Miami-Dade County, FL is seeking a talented and experienced Salesforce Manager to lead and mentor a team of professionals responsible for the development and administration of our Salesforce platform. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our Salesforce strategy, ensuring the platform effectively supports our evolving business needs, and empowering our teams to better serve our clients.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
Team Leadership & Management:Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Salesforce Developers and Administrators, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment. This includes setting team goals, conducting performance reviews, and supporting professional growth.
Strategic Planning & Oversight:Define and execute the organization's Salesforce roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and maximizing the platform's potential.
Architectural Guidance & Governance:Provide architectural guidance and enforce best practices for Salesforce development, customization, and integration. Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance.
Project Management & Delivery:Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of Salesforce projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, andto the required specifications.
Stakeholder Collaboration:Partner with stakeholders across departments to understand their needs, translate business requirements into technical solutions, and ensure effective communication throughout the development lifecycle.
System Optimization & Maintenance:Proactively monitor system performance, identify and resolve technical challenges, and ensure the ongoing maintenance and optimization of the Salesforce platform.
Vendor Management (as needed):Manage relationships with any external Salesforce consultants or vendors.
Staying Current: Keep abreast of the latest Salesforce advancements, features, and best practices, and evaluate their potential impact on the organization.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
Leadership Experience:Proven experience managing and developing a team of Salesforce professionals (Developers and/or Administrators).
Salesforce Expertise:Deep understanding of the Salesforce platform, including its architecture, capabilities, and best practices for development and administration.
Technical Proficiency:Strong working knowledge of Salesforce development tools (Apex, Visualforce, LWC, SOQL) and integration methods (APIs, middleware). Familiarity with legal practice platforms/systems is a significant plus.
Project Management Skills:Demonstrated ability to manage complex Salesforce projects from inception to deployment.
Communication & Collaboration:Exceptional ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences, and to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Problem-Solving & Analytical Skills:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
Educational Foundation:Relevant bachelors degree (i.e., CS, IT, Business Administration with a technical focus) or equivalent professional experience.
Salesforce Certifications: Relevant Salesforce certifications (e.g., Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Platform Developer I/II, Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant) are highly preferred.
