Advance CNC has an opening for a Weekend CNC Machine Operator (Fri-Sun 7:00 p.m.-7:00 a.m.) who shares our core values of partnership, respect, integrity, determination, and excellence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining CNC machines to produce precision parts according to specifications.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Understand technical drawings and work orders to meet part specifications and design requirements

Operate multiple CNC machining centers

Load raw materials, select appropriate cutting tools, and make necessary adjustments according to the program instructions

Inspect and measure finished parts and compare them with requirements to determine if the process has been completed properly

Complete inspection reports

DESIRED SKILLS:

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and CMM reports

Proficiency with calipers, micrometers, and other inspection hand tools

Strong communication skills

Strong mechanical aptitude

Proactive drive to complete tasks with minimal guidance

Experience in a machine shop environment

COMPENSATION PACKAGE INCLUDES:

80 hours of paid time off (PTO) your first year and 128 hours your second year. Accrue 8 additional hours of PTO for each year of service (up to a maximum of 200 hours per year)
