Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Manager to help lead and support our growing sales and marketing efforts. This role will serve as a key operational and strategic support partner to the Director of National Accounts, helping to streamline communication, support order processing oversight, and manage daily tactical execution related to sales, marketing initiatives, and dealer communication. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, proactive, and capable of balancing high-level strategy with hands-on execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company targets
Support internal coordination between sales, order processing, and production teams to ensure alignment on customer orders and timelines.
Manage and help lead the sales processing team, setting goals and monitoring performance.
Act as liaison to assist with dealer communications and escalations, assist with resolving dealer and customer concerns.
Manage project timelines and ensure follow-through on action items discussed in meetings.
Support the execution of internal communications and coordinate with other departments as needed.
Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market segments.
Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Analyze sales data to inform forecasting and improve sales processes.
Track sales leads, follow up on potential opportunities, and coordinate sales meetings.
Prepare sales and performance reports on a regular basis.
Marketing:
Design and implement marketing strategies across digital, print, and event channels.
Collaborate with the Director of National Accounts on marketing strategy and content development for dealer newsletters, product rollouts, and brand positioning.
Oversee brand management and ensure consistency in messaging and identity.
Coordinate market research to understand customer needs and competitive positioning.
Manage marketing campaigns, including budgeting, execution, and performance tracking.
Manage agency/vendor relationships for advertising, PR, and design needs.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field, preferred, or equivalent experience
Proven experience (2+ years) in a sales and/or marketing leadership or operational role.
Strong knowledge of CRM systems, marketing tools, and analytics platforms.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work strategically and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational skills with a proactive mindset and attention to detail.
