Hourly Rate: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour, commensurate with experience

Reports to: Yard & Inventory Foreman

Regular Work Schedule: 7:00 am to 3:30 pm Monday through Friday

About the Role:

Triumph Modular is seeking a Road Service Technician I to deliver and install ancillary items including desks, chairs, stairs, file cabinets, and more. This individual should have strong problem-solving and communication skills. This role requires the ability to multitask in a fast-moving environment while maintaining safety, quality control, and customer service standards.

Core Functions and Responsibilities:

Deliver (drive a 26” box truck) and install ancillary items (VAPS), i.e., desks, chairs, file cabinets, whiteboards, walls, stairs, ramps, etc.

Assemble, inspect and install furniture.

Provide accurate reports of service calls, including well-written descriptions of all work completed.

Communicate professionally with customers.

Execute plans as provided and adapt to customer change orders when required.

Always have a neat appearance when engaging with customers.

Support Service & Shop Technicians in readying modular buildings as needed.

Operate any company vehicle and equipment in a safe, appropriate manner.

Responsible for adhering to company safety policies and procedures.

Other duties as assigned.

Requirements and Qualifications:

High School Diploma or equivalent

3-5 years of relevant/ related type work

Excellent driving record

Pass DOT Med card

Physical Requirement:

Able to lift 50lbs or more.

Able to bend, twist, climb ladders, and get into awkward positions while maintaining equipment.

Ability to work in a high noise and dust level environment.
