Customer Service Representatives are responsible for performing clerical duties related to patient care and treatment. As the first person a client talks to or sees, CSRs are engaging and compassionate, have excellent communications skills, can work well under pressure and with competing demands without getting flustered or frustrated. CSRs understand clinic processes, policies, and procedures, handling responsibilities that include but are not limited to:
Greeting, checking in, and checking out clients.
Answering calls, emails, and texts, and processing messages.
Booking appointments, surgeries, and procedures.
Taking prescription and food requests.
Handling the cash drawer.
Preparing the end of day financial report.
Processing patient records, lab work, and specialist reports.
Second shift and weekend shifts, particularly Sundays, needed.
Part-time is 29 hours or fewer a week.
