Sales Intern

Summary: As a National Accounts Intern at Surge Staffing, you will gain hands-on experience developing national corporate relationships and generating leads. Join our team and gain valuable skills in sales while contributing to the growth and success of Surge Staffing.

This is a full-time (Monday - Friday) On-Site position that is for Surge Staffing HQ located in Columbus, Ohio.

Primary Responsibilities:

Cold calling potential clients to generate new business opportunities

Developing corporate contacts and relationships through continued communication and engagement

Attend meetings with current and prospect clients

Taking notes during sales meetings and compiling information for future communication and follow up emails

Developing an understanding of the operational processes within the National Accounts department

Qualifications:

At least a Junior pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Interest in Business to Business Sales

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data management.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
