Position Overview
We are seeking motivated MCS Operator Engineers to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for first-line response to transport automation systems, monitoring system performance, analyzing transport data, and supporting factory operations. Over time, you will grow into leadership roles in system maintenance, integration, and project management.
This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates who want to build a long-term career in production automation and logistics automation fields.
Key Responsibilities
Provide first-line support for transport automation systems (MCS, RTD, CIM) in a 3-shift work environment, including system monitoring, transport data analysis, and operational support.
Support factory automation software development, including programming, system support, and data analysis during day shifts.
Support the successful migration and operations of KY1 MCS/RTD systems.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (4-year program) in Computer Science, Data Science, Electrical Engineering, or related fields (graduates or candidates with less than 1 year of experience).
Programming experience in Java, Python, C++, C#, and SQL for relational databases.
Strong interest in factory and logistics automation and a desire to develop as a specialist.
Excellent analytical skills and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
Preferred experience: Academic or project work related to high-tech industries (Flat Panel Display, Semiconductor, EV Battery, etc.).
Eligibility to work in the United States.
Willingness to work in a shift-based schedule during the first year.
