times; excellent customer services skills; proficient computer, clerical/administrative skills; very knowledgeable in hospital emergency codes, procedures; knowledgeable in hospital functions/departments/services; excellent organizational skills including desk/area organization and cleanliness; switchboard phone skills and ability to handle multiple calls; handle emergency crisis situations with ease; may be required to work irregular hours
