We are seeking a personable and motivated Home Solutions Appointment Setter to join our team. Your primary role will be scheduling free roofing estimate appointments with homeowners—no selling required. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow with a reputable company while earning competitive pay.

Responsibilities:

• Schedule appointments for free roofing estimates with homeowners

• Focus solely on setting appointments and building rapport—no sales involved

• Engage with homeowners in person to explain the benefits of roofing solutions

Requirements:

• Friendly, outgoing, and eager to learn

• Comfortable working outdoors and speaking with homeowners

• Prior experience in customer service or canvassing.

• Having sales experience is a plus.
