Salary: 20-30/hr

Michigan Wood Fibers has an immediate full-time opening for anAssistant Office Manager to join our team in Zeeland, MI. We are a family-owned company located on the north side of Zeeland. This is the perfect role for someone with exceptional customer service and an interest in being exposed to a variety of tasks. You will greet our customers and vendors in person and via phone, while providing administrative support to the team. Typical work hours are Monday through Friday from 7:30 am - 5:00 pm.

A successfulAssistant Office Manager with us will have:

Minimum of 1 year of administrative experience including AR and AP responsibility

Availability to work overtime - occasional Saturday

Strong knowledge of general office equipment

Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

Experience in data entry

Attention to detail

A willingness to assist and help others

Effectively handle various interruptions with a positive attitude

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite
