What will you be doing? As a Call Center Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling inbound phone calls and delivering exceptional service to meet their needs. Your role will focus on growing our customer base by providing helpful, friendly, and efficient support. You'll work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment, collaborating with colleagues to ensure customer satisfaction. Your positive attitude and attention to detail will be key to your success in this role.
Required Qualifications:
2+ years administrative/customer service experience
Candidates will be required to pass a background check upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
High school diploma or its equivalent
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook
Prioritization and organizational skills
High attention to detail with the ability to complete tasks and follow through
Works successfully in a fast paced environment
Professional and energetic communication
