Responsibilities:
· Answer Incoming calls and handle according to company policy
· Good communication skills
· Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
· Be customer focused and can adapt to different personality types.
· Take down information of callers who seek to be new clients
· Communicate effectively with clients, assigned attorneys, and internal team members.

· Proficient Microsoft Office
