The Spare Parts / Tool Crib Team Member is responsible for accurately managing departmental parts and supplies.

Corporate:

Manages the department budget efficiently as per approved annual budget

Performs additional assignments / duties as assigned

EHS:

Adhere to all safety policies and procedures

Complies with all safety policies and 5S clean philosophy to maintain a safe, clean working environment

Meets company safety goals

Duties and Responsibilities:

Daily Purchase Order Requests – using the SAP System, Vaatz System and obtaining quotes from vendors

Daily monitoring of the Daily Purchase Request Flowchart

Receiving/Returning of Spare Parts from the Receiving area

Maintain Computer Inventory of Spare Parts, confirming daily Spare Parts received and issued

Maintenance Budget monitoring – requests adjustments as needed to purchase Spare Parts, month end overage transfer requests

Reporting:

Reports to Maintenance Group Leader
