About the Role:

The House Keeper plays a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for Clients and staff within a healthcare setting. This position is essential for ensuring that all areas are hygienic and organized, which directly contributes to the overall well-being of individuals receiving care. The House Keeper will be responsible for performing a variety of cleaning tasks, adhering to strict health and safety standards. By effectively managing their responsibilities, the House Keeper helps to create a positive atmosphere that promotes healing and comfort. Ultimately, this role supports the healthcare team's mission to provide high-quality care to all patients.

Minimum Qualifications:

Reliable transportation

Fluent English (reading/writing)

Legally able to work in the US

Preferred Qualifications:

Ability to work independently and without direct supervision

Experience in hospitality housekeeping

Responsibilities:

Perform daily cleaning and sanitization of patient rooms, common areas, and restrooms.

Ensure that all cleaning supplies and equipment are properly maintained and stored.

Follow established protocols for infection control and safety procedures.

Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.

Assist in the organization and stocking of supplies as needed.

Skills:

The required skills for this position include attention to detail, which is crucial for ensuring that all areas are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized. Time management skills are essential, as the House Keeper must efficiently complete tasks within designated time frames. Communication skills are also important for effectively collaborating with healthcare staff and reporting any issues. Preferred skills, such as knowledge of infection control practices, enhance the House Keeper's ability to maintain a safe environment. Overall, these skills contribute to the House Keeper's effectiveness in supporting the healthcare facility's operations and patient care.

We would prefer house keepers to be onsite each day of the week. Looking to fill 40 hours a week during early mornings. Willing to explore all schedules for the right person.

Part-time
