SUMMARY
Assemble hand soldered circuit board (PCB) and wire harnesses under general supervision.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform all tasks required for electrical assembly installation techniques.
Read wiring schematics and assembly drawings, required in manufacturing.
Calibrate installed or repaired equipment to specification.
Assemble Hand Soldered PCB and wire harnesses.
Demonstrate familiarization with IPC 610.
Assure all paperwork requirements are kept current with job progress.
Report any un-airworthy items to technical advisor or supervisor that Inspection may have missed.
Follow written and verbal instructions.
Maintain a safe and clean working environment.
Complete initial / recurrent training requirements in a timely manner.
Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the minimum knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
High School education or equivalent reading, writing, and math abilities.
3 to 5 years of experience as Electrical Assembler or equivalent type position.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex engineering prints.
Knowledge of schematics, assembly drawings, and avionics and electrical systems
Knowledgeable in the use of basic aircraft and electrical tools, including soldering.
Solid understanding of whole PCB and wire harnesses.
Ability to work independently or as a member of a team.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Must be detail oriented with the ability to multi-task prioritize, and plan work.
Ability and willingness to work extended hours, when needed.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Read, write, and understand the English language.
