Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Tow Truck Driver to join the Nimey Auto Group team. The Tow Truck Driver will be responsible for safely operating tow trucks to transport vehicles to and from our dealership, customer locations, accident sites, or repair facilities. This position requires strong attention to detail, customer service skills, and adherence to safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
Safely operate a tow truck to transport vehicles to designated locations.
Respond promptly to service calls for towing, recovery, and roadside assistance.
Load, secure, and transport vehicles in compliance with all safety regulations.
Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
Complete required paperwork and documentation accurately.
Inspect tow truck regularly to ensure proper maintenance and safe operation.
Assist with vehicle recovery and roadside assistance as needed.
Maintain communication with dispatch and service teams regarding job status.
14 hour on call per day, 1 day per week
3 days onsite work, required
Requirements:Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with appropriate endorsements (if required).
Proven experience as a Tow Truck Driver or similar role preferred.
Strong knowledge of vehicle loading, securing, and transportation techniques.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and effectively manage time.
Physical ability to lift and maneuver heavy objects when necessary.
Clean driving record and background check.
