Pandrol is a global company with many opportunities for advancement and growth. Our Napoleon, OH facility is looking for a Machine Operator/General Laborer to produce foundry cores, luting paste and packaging for railroad maintenance suppliers.

Job Duties Include But Are Not Limited To:

Setting up and operating various production and packaging machines

Ability to lift up to 50lbs.

Bending, twisting, or squatting may be necessary from time to time.

Keeping work area clean

Tracking production numbers on hourly boards

Following standard operating procedures

Paying attention to detail and quality

Skills:

Basic problem solving

High School Diploma or GED

Dependable transportation

Ability to be trained or train others when needed

Ability to be fit tested and pass for wearing a N95 mask and/or respirator

Prior manufacturing experience a plus but not required

Forklift experience a plus but not required
