Position: Bell Services Attendant- Seasonal
Reports to: Rooms Division Manager & Director of Rooms
Job Purpose: Create a professional and guest service orientated environment for all guests at the Resort, both during their arrival and throughout the duration of their stay.
Job Summary: Assist with the check-in/check-out processes and accommodating guests during their stay in an attentive, courteous and efficient manner. This will be accomplished through helping guests in every aspect possible.

Duties
Approach all encounters with guests and employees in a friendly, service-orientated manner.
Maintain a warm and friendly demeanor at all times.
At all times be attentive, friendly, helpful, and courteous to all guests, managers, and fellow employees.
Load and unload luggage carts with extra care.
Escort guests to rooms and familiarize them with hotel services and amenities (hours of outlets, waterpark, spa, fitness center, etc.). Inspect the guest room to ensure it is in order and that supplies are adequate.
Explain features of the room including operation of radio, telephone, television, in-room movie system, high-speed Internet, etc.
Check/store luggage for arrivals and departures with luggage tags.
Deliver messages and notes as needed to meeting rooms and guest rooms.
Deliver flowers, laundry, packages, and amenities as requested to guest rooms.
Assist in providing shuttle service to and from the condos and local area restaurants.
Ensure charges and baggage pulls are properly logged and turned into supervisor or front desk as required.
Qualifications
Have a customer and service driven work ethic.
Able to work flexible and long hours.
Able to stand during entire shift.
Capable of lifting up to 100 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 50 pounds of force frequently and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.
Additional Information
June - September.
15-20 hours per week.
Must be able to work weekends.
High School/College Student(s).
