Your Role:

As a Substitute Esthetics Teacher, you'll play a key role in ensuring continuity in education for our students. Your responsibilities will include delivering lesson plans, leading practical demonstrations, and providing individualized support in the absence of the primary instructor, ensuring students are engaged and learning effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement lesson plans and instructional materials as directed.

Conduct practical sessions and skill demonstrations in esthetics.

Assess student understanding and provide constructive feedback.

Maintain an organized and supportive classroom atmosphere.

Collaborate with other instructors to ensure continuity and quality of education.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Active Esthetics license in the State of Wisconsin is required.

Previous experience in the esthetics field is preferred.

Teaching or substitute teaching experience is a plus.

Strong communication skills and a passion for mentoring students.

A flexible schedule to accommodate various teaching needs.

In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $18.00 and $22.00/hr. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility
