PRIMARY FUNCTION:
Provide support on HR initiatives/functions.
Assist in developing and facilitating Teammate engagement activities.
Inform appropriate staff of any matters that require intervention or action to gain compliance.
Evaluation/Administration of compensation structures.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assists Director of Human Resources with items needing support.
Support the creation and implementation of policies, procedures and practices within the organization.
Assists with all internal and external HR related inquiries/requests.
Coordinate Teammate appreciation events.
Coordinate the development of individual performance plans to drive excellence within our internal talent pool.
Create and deliver HR content within internal meeting structures.
Prepare required reports on time as scheduled.
Reviews, monitors and reports market trends to ensure that Prospira is competitive with total compensation packages.
Supports the creation of cultural activities/programs that drive the business forward towards a culture of “Creating Value and Sharing Happiness Together.”
Prepares correspondence as needed.
Other duties as assigned.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Proven experience as an HR coordinator or relevant human resources/administrative position.
Knowledge of human resources processes and best practices.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle data with confidentiality.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Four (4) year degree in Business or equivalent education or experience.
Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in direct Human Resources areas.
Proficient computer skills in Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and SAP.
PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
5+ years in a progressive Manufacturing HR environment.
