Clinical Services Manager Womens Treatment Center
The Clinical Services Manager is responsible for ensuring high-quality clinical care at the residential and partial hospitalization levels of treatment. This role provides direct clinical interventions, oversees the clinical team, and ensures compliance with all regulatory standards. The Clinical Services Manager plays a critical leadership role in the administration of clinical services, training, documentation, and adherence to best practices in trauma-informed care.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Clinical:
Provide individual therapy based on client level of care requirements.
Lead evidence-based group therapy sessions, including TF-CBT, CPT, and DBT.
Conduct crisis intervention and provide clinical support for urgent client needs.
Develop, evaluate, and update treatment plans to align with client progress.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with compliance standards.
Participate in weekly clinical meetings and case reviews.
Oversee treatment interventions to ensure effective and ethical client care.
Conduct weekly utilization review updates to support insurance and billing processes.
Coordinate with treatment teams and direct care staff for seamless client care
Assess client mental health needs and provide counseling services or referrals.
Leadership & Training:
Supervise and provide clinical leadership to therapists and interns.
Conduct performance evaluations for direct reports.
Provide training and education to clinical and direct care staff.
Assist in the development and implementation of clinical training programs.
Meet weekly with therapists for supervision, support, and feedback.
Support graduate interns in clinical skill development and training.
Oversee the scheduling and facilitation of group programming at the center
Administrative & Compliance:
Ensure compliance with state, federal, and accreditation standards (Innova Recovery Center, The Joint Commission, and BHEC).
Collaborate with the Program Manager, Director of Clinical Services, and Regional Director of Operations to enhance clinical services.
Work with the Director of Administration to ensure timely completion of CCRs, LOCs, billing issues, and other administrative tasks.
Participate in on-call rotation to provide clinical leadership in urgent situations.
Cover caseloads and group sessions for clinicians out of office when needed.
Ensure all clinical team members complete evidence-based trauma training (EMDR, RRT, ART).
Maintain active licensure and certifications as required by the state.
Ensure timely documentation and compliance with all program requirements.
Provide support to the Clinical Team, Program Manager, and Director of Clinical Services as needed.
Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall mission of the center.

Experienced with assessment and treatment of PTSD and issues related to trauma.
Possess knowledge of current treatment models and evidence-based interventions for trauma related issues and be comfortable working with a variety of presentations. (PTSD, MDD, DID, personality disorders, somatic disorders)
Training/experience in family therapy and group therapy (CPT, TF-CBT, ACT, EMDR or DBT a plus)
Comfortable and proficient in using de-escalation/MI/redirection techniques
Minimum Qualifications:
Masters degree or higher in a mental health field
Licensed Professional Counselor. (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
Licensure and Certifications to provide mental health care in the State of Texas
Experience in residential setting
Able to pass a background check
