Job Description
Waitstaff serve the residents in the dining rooms and provide meal delivery in a professional manner and style of excellence.
Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for general table set-up and side work to prepare for approaching mealtime and closing.
Maintains a clean working environment and performs cleaning duties at service down time.
Performs general busing of dishes and silverware as well as ensuring that the tabletops and chairs are clean at all times.
At all times carry out proper service for formal dining.
Attend and participate in and disseminate information presented in Dining Review.
Use excellent penmanship.
Always maintain business etiquette even during non-service times.
Provide training to all new staff members as assigned by management.
Arrive on time in proper uniform attire.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications/Skills
Previous dining experience preferred.
Basic knowledge of proper servicing techniques.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Must be able to speak and write in the English language.
Proficient in POS (Point of Sale).
Knowledge of using an iPad.
Physical Requirements
Long periods of standing and walking.
Required to work in extreme temperatures at times.
Must be able to lift and push up to 50 pounds periodically.
Education
High School Diploma or GED required.
Other Duties

4:30-9:00 M, W, F and alternating weekends
