As the Advanced Secondary/Foaming Operator, you’ll be the master of injecting polyurethane foam into rotationally molded parts, transforming them into high-quality finished products. Your foaming skills will ensure customer satisfaction and top-notch quality standards. Think of yourself as the foam hero keeping our production line running smoothly!
Calibrate the foaming equipment at the start of every shift to ensure smooth operations.
Inspect, prep, and fix parts so they’re ready for foaming magic.
Inject foam into molded parts with precision and style based on customer specs.
Scrape off excess foam and send those parts off to secondary assembly looking sharp.
Examine every product like a sleuth to ensure it’s perfect and matches the sales order.
Wield power tools like routers, flame torches, drills, band saws, and drill presses like a crafting master.
Spot any defective materials or oddball situations and report them to your trusty Shift Supervisor.
Keep your workspace and equipment clean, safe, and ready for action.
Track finished parts like a champ and send them to the right spot.
Work at a pace that hits company goals (and maybe even sets records!).
Collaborate with your awesome teammates to crush production goals.
Be open to guidance and support to perfect your craft.
What You Bring to the Table:
Education: A High School Diploma or equivalent GED is preferred but not required—we’re more interested in your skills and drive.
Tech Skills: Comfort with computer platforms to access work instructions—because foaming in the 21st century requires a touch of tech.
Required:
Strong math skills
Reading a gram scale is second nature to you

Physical Demands:
You’ll be standing and walking a lot, with some stooping, bending, and reaching involved
Must be able to lift between 15-40 lbs
Ability to wear protective gear and work in a manufacturing environment with heat, noise, and moving parts
