The Wealth Servicing Specialist will report directly to the Managing Director of Private Wealth or their designee.

POSITION SUMMARY
The position of Wealth Servicing Specialist for The Coury Firms Private Wealth division (the Firm) is a core member of the Wealth team. The Wealth Servicing Specialist will be responsible for directly supporting the Firms Wealth Advisors on all aspects of client administration to ensure accurate and timely execution of client service-related matters. Key duties include account servicing, money movements and cashiering functions, data review and reconciliation, reporting, custodial and counterparty coordination, and general assistance with the Firms operational processes, procedures, and internal/external communication.
This position will need to work collaboratively with a group of Private Wealth personnel, including but not limited to Wealth Advisors, Wealth Planners, Wealth Strategists, other Wealth Servicing Specialists, and Senior Management to assist in the delivery of investment management, tax planning, comprehensive financial planning, risk management solutions, estate and succession planning, and other pertinent financial services.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
The key responsibilities and description of duties described below are not intended to be all inclusive:
Participate in wealth planning team meetings and client meetings and work in tandem with wealth planners to resolve questions relating to client accounts and records.
Prepare materials for client meetings by generating client portfolio reports, asset schedules, distribution charts, preparing and assembling account paperwork and any other supporting documentation.
Process new business accounts, initiate account transfers, submission of deposits and money movements. Follow-up on all client service-related items to ensure accurate and timely execution of required forms and documents.
Perform account service and maintenance including understanding the processes and procedures utilized by different custodians.
Review and analyze daily data processing.
Assist in the continual improvement of operational processes, procedures and internal team communication to ensure excellent client service.
Perform data maintenance to ensure integrity of data.
Prepare client reports.
Execute cashiering functions.
Develop effective custodial relationships.
Other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
A Wealth Servicing Specialist at the Firm must possess the following qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree, with two or more years related experience
Series 65 or 66
Knowledge of industry rules and regulations; Schwab or other custodial platform experience is preferred
Possess exceptional professional verbal and written communication skills, including ability to interface in a professional, cordial, and confident manner
Demonstrate strong organizational and time management skills to successfully manage multiple projects, workflows, and competing priorities
Maintain the ability to maintain discretion in handling confidential information
Ability to collaborate effectively and work well within a team structure
Ethically driven with an unwavering client commitment
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, OneNote
Proficiency in Portfolio Management Software and CRM systems
