Our Home is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Packer on the 1st shift. As a packer, you will be responsible for efficiently packing and packaging products according to company standards and customer requirements. This is a day shift position with a typical shift working Monday - Friday 7:00am - 3:30pm.

Responsibilities:

Inspect and ensure the quality of products before packaging

Package products according to packaging guidelines and specifications

Label and seal packaging materials accurately

Operate packaging equipment and machinery

Prepare finished products for shipment or storage

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines

Assist with inventory control as needed

Collaborate with the production team to meet production goals

Requirements

Prior experience in a packaging or production environment preferred

Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Good communication skills

Ability to stand, lift, and move up to 50 pounds on a regular basis
