Knowledge and skills at a level normally acquired through the completion of a bachelor's degree in healthcare, or business required.

Three years' experience in quality assurance, project management, and planning healthcare, or human service agency required.

Prior supervisory experience preferred.

Key duties include overseeing the Electronic Health Record system, program evaluation, incident management, funding and licensure submissions, and contributing to grant writing and reporting.
