Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field (Master’s preferred).

RN license in Ohio required.

3+ years in healthcare compliance, accreditation, or quality leadership.

Familiarity with ACHC, CARF, CMS, and regulatory bodies.

Experience managing healthcare identity systems (e.g., Imprivata platform).

Schedule & Compensation:

Full-Time

Starting at $82,000+ based on experience

Responsibilities:

Lead regulatory and accreditation compliance initiatives across all hospital locations.

Prepare for ACHC, CARF, and CMS surveys.

Oversee use of the Imprivata platform to enhance security and compliance.

Conduct audits, gap analyses, training, and corrective actions.

Collaborate with senior leadership and regulatory agencies.
