Assistant Program Director – Southwest Florida’s Fly 98.5

Fly 98.5 (WFFY-FM) isn’t just looking for ANY Assistant Program Director.

We’re looking for someone ready to step up, take real ownership, and lead the brand forward — on-air, on social, and on the streets.

If you know your way around GSelector, a LIVE mic is your happy place, and leading comes naturally; you're the one we’re looking for.

What You'll Do:

Own the music scheduling process and keep the station sounding fresh and true to strategy

Present a LIVE, ENTERTAINING and LOCALLY-FOCUSED on-air show every day while oozing personality and hustle

Work closely with management and consultants to execute brand strategies

Assist with staff scheduling and execution of station promotions

Show up, show out, and rep Fly 98.5 at events and sales meetings

Communicate clearly and consistentlyWhat You Need:

Real experience on-air and with professional music scheduling software

A team player mentality with leadership instincts

A passion for Southwest Florida
