Job Summary:

Our Assemblers work on our innovative DuraFlex products. Providing the best customer service in the industry allows us to continue raising the bar on what quality service looks like.

Essential Functions

Collection of open accounts receivable within the area of responsibility to meet or exceed corporate goals and specified metrics.

Many different aspects of the assembly process

Hands-on general labor

Aide in performing the physical inventories

All other duties may be assigned at management's discretion

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Understand and be able to use power tools (screw guns, etc.)

Be able to read a tape measure

Be open to learning a new skill set

Be able to work in a team-oriented environment

Be able to work where needed

Possess attention to detail

Supervisory Responsibilities

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Work Environment and Physical Demands

Standing on your feet the entire shift

Pulling, or, moving materials up to 50 lbs

Ergonomics

Lifting

Bending

Pushing

Repetitive movements

Travel

This job requires no planned business travel.

Education and Experience

High School diploma or equivalent is required.

Applicants must be 18 years of age

At least 6 months of manufacturing/warehouse/assembly experience is desired

Driver’s license preferred
