Job Description

Location: Position will be based out of our Leon and Lamoni locations. Will require travel to all other locations as needed.

Summary: Assist in coordinating communication between psychiatric providers ensuring consistent patient care and coordination of services.

Experience: Qualified applicants must be well organized and computer literate.

Education: High school diploma or GED.

Preference will be given to candidates with CNA, CMA, or LPN license.

Prior completion of Medication Manager class is preferred
