As a Service Administrator, youll be the heart of the Field Service team scheduling repairs, keeping customers in the loop, and making sure our technicians are set up for success every day. Plus, you'll have the chance to build your technical knowledge in a supportive environment where learning and professional growth are encouraged.

What You'll Be Doing:

Schedule service repairs and preventive maintenance, dispatching technicians efficiently.

Be the friendly and professional point of contact for customers, service techs, warehouse, and shop personnel over the phone and in person.

Create and manage work orders using Microsoft Office and our internal ERP system (dont worry, we'll train you!).

Understand service needs by reviewing technical manuals and learning about our equipment.

Help troubleshoot customer concerns and ensure they get timely solutions.

Manage parts and tools needed for each service assignment.

Coordinate warranty repairs, engineering updates, and vendor work as needed.

Prepare service quotes and actively promote factory service contracts to customers.

Keep customer service records accurate and updated.

Follow up on completed repairs to make sure everything was done right and customers are happy.

What Were Looking For:

High School diploma or equivalent required.

At least 4 years of customer service experience (bonus points if you have technical or mechanical exposure!).

Strong organizational skills youll be juggling schedules, customers, and technicians daily.

Great communication skills both written and verbal and confidence talking to a wide variety of people.

Tech-savvy: Familiar with Microsoft Office and comfortable learning ERP systems.

Typing speed of at least 40 WPM.

A knack for problem-solving and staying calm under pressure.

Positive attitude and willingness to jump in and help the team succeed!

Bonus Skills:

Mechanical or electrical experience/background (even just understanding the basics!)

Specialized computer training or technical certifications

Experience handling service scheduling, dispatch, or warranty work

Physical Requirements:

Mostly desk and computer work sitting, typing, and phone use throughout the day.

Pay Range:

$22.00 - $27.00 per hour, depending on experience.
