Position Summary:

As our Shipping/Receiving Supervisor, you will be responsible for shipping, packing, receiving, and various other functions of our warehouse. Youll enjoy working in a fun, collaborative, and fast (high-mix/low-volume) manufacturing operation.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Minimum of 1 years experience in a warehouse environment

Experience with the companys products or electronics sales is preferred

Must be a team player

Must be able to independently prioritize workload

Must be proficient with Microsoft Office, Excel, Google Suite, and Microsoft Business Central

Must be aggressive and persuasive with perseverance and diplomacy

This position reports directly to the Operations Manager

Oversees Receiving activity

Oversees Shipping

Incoming inspection of products

Verify count, qty, and value-added products

Utilize UPS, FEDEX, and other shipping carriers

Supervise the existing shipping/receiving department daily

Stock samples in the allocated area

Working with the open order report to generate shipping documents

Pull orders from inventory and package for shipment

Receive container shipments (loading and unloading)

Drive a forklift

Processing jobs in Business Central(Work orders and inventory)

Maintain files that are put into storage and assist Document Control in the retrieval and destruction of obsolete documents per Company policy

Ensure warehouse facilities are kept in an orderly and clean manner according to the Company's 5S policy

Work closely with the Production Managers, Inventory Manager, Quality Manager, and Operations Manager. Possess leadership skills to work all aspects of shipping/receiving

Upholding the companys standards

Work respectively with other departments to meet the company's needs
