Entry Level Machine Operator

Job Description

Job Summary: We are currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as entry-level manufacturing machine operators. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring machinery used in the production process.

**Shifts Available: **2nd shift (3pm-11pm) and 3rd shift (11pm-7am)

Key Responsibilities:

Operate machinery according to standard operating procedures.

Monitor equipment to ensure smooth operation and identify any issues or defects.

Perform routine maintenance tasks as needed.

Inspect finished product to ensure they meet quality standards utilizing provided gauges.

Maintain adherence to 5S standards and follow all safety, environmental, and quality policies and procedures.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred but not required

Basical Mechanical aptitude

Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Strong attention to detail and quality

Commitment to safety and adherence to company policies and procedures.
