Your future team:
Group Operational Excellence consists of a team of 12 colleagues. You will join them as hands-on support for the current projects/programme, working 2-3 days a week (15 hours in total) from our office in Hedehusene and assistance on overseas projects – some travelling to our factories is expected to support delivering high standard training around Europe.
What you will be doing:
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive individual to join our team as Student Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of leadership programme for the factories, facilitating communication between stakeholders, and assisting with the development of training materials. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Your key tasks for the role will be:
Support the Programme Manager on various administrative tasks related to Managing the ROCKWOOL leadership programme (take part on meetings and on-site training sessions).
Adaptability is key in this role, as the student assistant must navigate changes during sessions and remain flexible while upholding high standards of excellence.
Support continuous improvements to training materials and the SharePoint website design.
Refine presentation materials to ensure alignment with session objectives.
Assist in scheduling and coordinating practicums or training sessions, handling planning and logistics efficiently.
Maintain regular communication with program instructors, providing necessary follow-ups and updates.
Collaborate with content experts and team members to develop effective training programs that meet learning objectives.
What you bring:
You are currently conducting your studies, within business, engineering, IT-, or technical-related field. Most importantly, your interest lies within Business & project management, People development, and communication skills.
Further, it is key that you
are in the last year of your Bachelor's degree or first year of your Master's degree.
are fluent in English, both written and spoken, is essential.
Collaborative Skills: Ability to work well with others, including content experts, instructors, and other team members, to ensure the training programme is comprehensive and meets learning objectives.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with presentation software, and other digital tools used to create and distribute training materials. and you have exceptionally good experience with Excel.
Communication Skills: Ability to effectively convey information both verbally and in writing, as well as listen and respond to feedback from various stakeholders. This also includes interpersonal skills for interacting with content providers and participants.
