The Opportunity

Were hiring a VP of Product Operations & Chief of Staff to the CPO, a rare blend of visionary strategist, operational architect, and executional powerhouse. This role is tailor-made for someone with the pedigree, precision, and presence to influence across the C-suite while building the operational backbone that scales a high-performing product organization.

This is not just a support role, its a strategic seat at the table. Youll act as the CPOs right hand and force multiplier, helping shape and execute the product strategy while ensuring cross-functional harmony, business alignment, and operational excellence from ideation to post-launch.

What Youll Drive

Strategic Leadership & Executive Partnership

Act as a trusted advisor to the CPO, aligning vision to execution with a focus on velocity, clarity, and impact.

Lead strategic planning cycles, OKRs, and QBRs, turning company goals into product-led execution plans.

Own cross-functional orchestration across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success to eliminate friction and accelerate outcomes.

Drive internal communications and operating rhythms for the CPOs org, ensuring transparency, alignment, and accountability.

Build & Scale Product Operations

Define and implement scalable frameworks for the full product lifecycle, ideation, validation, development, GTM, and feedback loops.

Introduce tooling, playbooks, and rituals that drive product readiness, sales efficiency, and organizational clarity.

Program & Process Excellence

Lead strategic programs that sit at the intersection of product, revenue, and customer success, including automation, packaging, pricing, and retention initiatives.

Work cross-functionally to align product roadmap and operations with real-time market feedback and enterprise needs.

Own revenue-impacting process improvements in collaboration with Legal, Finance, and Sales.

Drive innovation and experimentation within the org, embedding agility into how we build and deliver.

What You Bring

10+ years in Product Ops, Chief of Staff, BizOps, or Program Management roles at high-growth tech companies, preferably with experience supporting a CPO or equivalent.

Proven experience scaling systems, teams, and operating models in fast-paced or pre-IPO environments.

Demonstrated success leading end-to-end program deployments (e.g. ERP or similar systems integration).

Deep understanding of data analytics, tooling, and KPIs to guide decision-making.

A systems thinker with a bias for action, a knack for turning ambiguity into clarity, and a passion for operational excellence.

Exceptional executive presence, communication skills, and the ability to influence at all levels.

A collaborative leader who thrives in startup energy and knows how to build a strong culture while driving accountability.

Bonus Points If You Have:

Supported or worked directly with a CPO or senior product executive.

Experience in enterprise SaaS, especially B2B/B2C customer lifecycle models.

Familiarity with tools like Jira, Productboard, Tableau, Looker, Asana, Snowflake.

Previous exposure to IPO-readiness or scaling through late-stage growth.

Background in consulting, strategy, or product-centric operations.

A strong professional network among C-level executives in the tech ecosystem.

Working out of the Mountain View, California office according to our Global Hybrid Working Policy.
