We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to lead strategic factory test improvement initiatives across our manufacturing operations. This role requires a strong leader who can drive change without formal authority, meet critical deadlines, and effectively communicate complex ideas to senior leadership. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, demonstrates adaptability, and excels at cross-functional collaboration.
Lead and execute factory test improvement projects from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with business goals and delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.
Partner with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to identify pain points, define solutions, and implement test enhancements that improve yield, cycle time, and reliability
Influence stakeholders across multiple departments, gaining buy-in for process changes without direct reporting authority.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, risk assessments, and status reports.
Prepare and deliver presentations and updates to senior leadership, including performance metrics, risks, and recommendations.
Drive accountability across project teams and maintain a relentless focus on results.
Anticipate roadblocks and adapt plans quickly to keep projects on track.
Support a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline test processes and standardize best practices across product lines.

Typical Education and Experience
Typically a Bachelor's Degree and 6 years work experience or equivalent experience
Required Skills and Education
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, or related field; advanced degree a plus
Experience in project or program management, preferably within a manufacturing or operations environment
Demonstrated success leading cross-functional projects and driving change without direct authority
Strong presentation skills and experience communicating with senior leadership
Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira)
Familiarity with factory test systems, process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma), and root cause analysis preferred.
Preferred Skills and Education
Understanding of RF, digital and analog test measurements
Experience in Software configuration management and release processes
Ability to work independantly and within a team enviroment
Product build processes
Experience in test engineering or related engineering field
