Job Details
We're looking for a strategic and detail-driven Change and Release Manager to lead enterprise-wide IT change and release management processes that ensure stability, minimize risk, and align with evolving business needs.
This is your opportunity to take ownership of the Enterprise Change Advisory Board (CAB), shape cross-functional governance strategies, and be a key player in the success of major IT initiatives across the organization.
What You’ll Do
Lead Change Governance: Establish and manage the Change Advisory Board (CAB), ensuring changes are evaluated, approved, and
communicated effectively.
Orchestrate Major IT Releases: Plan and coordinate change and release activities across environments, minimizing disruption and aligning
with business priorities.
Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with IT, security, compliance, data governance, architecture, and business leaders to assess
impact and risks.
Own the Process: Define and continuously improve enterprise-wide change management and release processes using ITIL best practices.
Mitigate Risk: Proactively identify, analyze, and manage risk associated with change implementations.
Measure What Matters: Establish KPIs and reporting mechanisms to assess change effectiveness, process maturity, and stakeholder
satisfaction.
Champion Compliance: Ensure that all changes meet regulatory, security, and organizational policy requirements.
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or 4 additional years of relevant experience in lieu of
degree)
5+ years of experience in IT Change Management, Release Management, or related roles
Strong command of ITIL practices, especially in Change and Release
Experience in high-stakes, compliance-driven environments (Healthcare or Supply Chain experience a plus)
Preferred Experience:
Direct experience launching a Change Advisory Board (CAB) from the ground up
Familiarity with cross-functional IT governance structures (architecture, security, data)

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of balancing multiple priorities
Proven ability to lead through influence in matrixed environments
Analytical mindset with a bias toward action and results
Comfortable working independently and collaboratively
Certifications:
ITIL Certification preferred
