Job Title: General Laborer
Hours are from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM.
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and versatile General Laborer to join our team. This role involves performing various manual tasks in a machine shop and warehouse environment, such as washing rooms, drying, deburring, stacking, sorting, boxing, and unboxing parts and gears. Each day brings new challenges, so the ideal candidate should be open to learning, training, and assisting wherever needed.
Responsibilities
Perform manual tasks in a machine shop and warehouse environment.
Wash rooms and dry parts.
Deburr and grind finished products.
Stack, sort, box, and unbox parts and gears.
Assist the shipping team or machine operators as needed.Essential Skills
1+ year of production and/or general labor experience.
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
Capability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Desire to work for a small, family-owned business.
Passion for your work.Additional Skills & Qualifications
Mechanical aptitude.

Work Environment
Work in a 100,000 square foot machine shop equipped with over 50 machines dedicated to making parts.
The environment includes a cleaning area for pressure washing parts, as well as deburring and grinding stations.
The warehouse features large racks filled with parts and inventory.
Shop hours are from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of York, Pennsylvania.Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
