Responsibilities

Build and inspect company products, working with units or parts following established procedures.

Collaborate in a team environment to ensure high-quality manufacturing standards.Essential Skills

Proficiency in machine operation and general production.

Experience in general labor, welding, and robotic welding.

Basic math skills.

Mechanically inclined.Additional Skills & Qualifications

Strong hand/eye coordination.

Ability to perform repetitive motions and tasks.

Work Environment

The role requires standing for extended periods, walking, bending, and turning consistently. The work involves repetitive motion and may be physically demanding. The shift hours are 7:30 PM to 6:00 AM, Monday to Thursday, with additional plans to work on Fridays.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Owatonna, Minnesota.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.75 - $20.75/hr.
