Job Description

As a Warehouse Associate II, you will play a vital role in the operations of our warehouse facility or fulfillment center. Your primary responsibilities will include stowing deliveries, picking products, packaging them, and shipping them out efficiently.

Responsibilities

Accurately record all necessary data to achieve 100% accuracy in order fulfillment.

Complete mandatory safety courses and yearly safety trainings.

Identify and address inventory quality issues promptly and document necessary information.

Work independently and maintain productivity.

Travel between affiliated fulfillment centers as needed.

Use proper PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) at all times.

Lift items weighing up to 50 pounds.

Stand for extended periods and walk up to 10 miles per day.

Operate standard and electric pallet jacks with proper training.

Multi-task across various departments within the warehouse.

Utilize basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Outlook, Slack, and Excel.

Adapt to changing business needs throughout the workday.

Communicate professionally with team members.

Meet or exceed attendance standards and protocols.Essential Skills

Experience in picking and packing.

General labor skills, including loading and material handling.

Proficiency in order picking, warehouse inventory, and packaging.

Familiarity with shipping and receiving processes.

Experience with RF scan guns, cherry pickers, and palletizing.Additional Skills & Qualifications

Work Environment

The work environment includes a Monday to Friday schedule from 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM. You will work primarily in a warehouse setting, which requires physical activity such as standing, walking, and lifting. Proper PPE is mandatory to ensure a safe working environment.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Louisville, Kentucky.Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
