Job Title: Mix-Room Technician
Niagara Falls, NY
Pay: $17.50/hr
Shift: 1st, M-F, 6:30am - 3:00pm
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Production Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining production lines, performing quality checks, troubleshooting equipment, and ensuring compliance with safety and production standards. Additionally, you will document processes, assist with setup and changeovers, and collaborate with team members to achieve production goals.
Responsibilities
Operate and maintain production lines
Perform quality checks and document results
Troubleshoot equipment and ensure compliance with safety and production standards
Accurately document setup procedures
Handle start-up, changeover, and shutdown of lines under direction
Conduct first and last piece inspections
Monitor and inspect parts during production
Properly label, account for, and dispose of scrap
Gain technical expertise through hands-on experience
Verify production quality and tooling procedures
Adjust machines and processes with guidance
Comply with ISO regulations
Train new personnel on qualified tasks
Essential Skills
1-2 years of consistent manufacturing experience
Experience in assembly or mechanical assembly
Attention to detail
Ability to comply with ISO procedures
Compliance with safety and environmental policies
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Ability to document inspections accurately
Technical expertise through hands-on experience

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
