Join our dynamic team as an Assembly Technician where you will play a pivotal role in producing Bioprocess Containers within a cleanroom environment. You will ensure the safe execution of the production process by strictly adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Work Instruction Documents (WID), and blueprints related to assembly, material handling, equipment operation, and packaging.
Responsibilities
Manufacture and operate machinery, assemble tubing and connectors, and package and inspect products in accordance with product blueprints and manufacturing drawings while adhering to company SOPs and WIDs.
Utilize tools and equipment such as computers, calculators, measuring tools, assembly hand tools, Bioprocess Container machinery, and pallet jacks.
Ensure compliance with all safety requirements and Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).
Maintain strong attention to detail to ensure products meet quality standards by cooperating with upstream and downstream stations to implement mutual inspection, identify and correct quality errors, record, and report issues promptly.
Document tasks accurately in the Production Control Documents (PCD) as they are performed.
Participate actively in Practical Process Improvements (PPI), Lean, and Continuous Improvement activities, including 5S activities.
Collaborate effectively as part of a team in the manufacturing process and assist with training and mentoring co-workers.
Focus on personal development through timely and proactive completion of training.Work Environment
Work in a cleanroom environment requiring cleanroom PPE, including a bunny suit, hair net, gloves, and booties on shoes. Be prepared for lifting tasks of 25+ lbs. Enjoy a structured work schedule with shifts available across various timeframes.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Logan, Utah.Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $18.40/hr.
